I am a Final-year Mechanical Engineering student interested in Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Planning & R&D, with skills in CAD, FEA, CFD, engineering analysis, and data-driven problem solving.
I am a Mechanical Engineering final year student passionate about manufacturing, production, quality, planning, and research & development. I am interested in understanding how products and processes can be designed, analyzed, optimized, and improved to achieve better quality, efficiency, and reliability.
My technical skills include SolidWorks, CATIA, AutoCAD, ANSYS Fluent, Altair HyperWorks, Python, MATLAB, and engineering data analysis. Through academic projects, technical competitions, and internship experience in FEA and technical documentation, I have developed a practical approach to engineering problem-solving.
I am particularly interested in Graduate Engineer Trainee and entry-level roles where I can learn from experienced teams, work closely with manufacturing and engineering processes, and contribute to continuous improvement, quality assurance, production efficiency, and innovative R&D solutions.

Designed a hybrid engine air-intake filtration system in SolidWorks to reduce dust ingress into engine intake systems, particularly under high-dust operating conditions.
The concept combines cyclone-based separation with magnetic-mesh filtration to provide a multi-stage approach to contaminant removal before air reaches the engine. The project focused on developing a practical engineering solution for improving engine protection and maintaining cleaner intake air in dusty environments.
The system was designed using SolidWorks, with emphasis on mechanical design, component integration, functional requirements, and practical applicability. The project was presented at AAKRUTHI 2025, a technical innovation event organized by Dassault Systèmes.

Designed and simulated an autonomous obstacle-avoiding robot during a Robotics Internship at HyperDevs. The project involved developing the robot design in Tinkercad and implementing an autonomous navigation system.
Ultrasonic sensors were integrated to detect obstacles in the robot's path. Control logic was developed to process sensor information and enable the robot to respond automatically by avoiding detected obstacles.
This project provided exposure to robotics, sensor integration, control logic, simulation, and interdisciplinary engineering, combining mechanical system design with basic electronics and autonomous control.
Worked on engineering analysis problems during a six-month FEA Internship, gaining practical exposure to Finite Element Analysis, Computational Fluid Dynamics, numerical methods, and engineering data analysis.
Used FEAST for FEA-based engineering problems and developed solutions to numerical and CFD problems using simulation-based approaches. Performed engineering data processing and visualization using Python in Google Colab with NumPy, Pandas, and Matplotlib.
The internship also involved developing structured technical documentation and educational content covering FEA, CFD, numerical methods, and engineering applications. This experience strengthened my analytical, computational, documentation, and engineering problem-solving skills.
